Hilltop Partner Network is experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking talent to help us scale and expand our reach into new regions. We are looking for a full-time, Business Operations and Marketing Coordinator who is a self-starter looking to join us in using creativity and innovation to shape how we operate and grow the business. As a flourishing start-up, opportunities for learning and growth abound. Founders and employees work together; there's no middle management, so you will directly influence and help shape our operations and make a valuable contribution to driving our business’ success ongoing.



  • Support member onboarding activities and ongoing engagement

  • Work with HPN leaders and consultants to seek out and respond to bid opportunities

  • Manage the HPN contracting process between consultants, HPN and customers

  • Provide support and/or lead external marketing communications through our website and social media

  • Lead and/or support internal initiatives to implement process, policy and systems for use by the organization and our members

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has outstanding communication skills

  • Is proficient in the MS Office package

  • Is customer focused with a service-based attitude

  • Has the ability to work with minimal guidance and take the initiative

  • Is highly organized – able to multi-task and prioritize

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Hilltop Partner Network Origins

HPN was started by the partnership of Geoff Besko, Renée Riglin and Kevin Roberts. Together with our members, we envisioned a new type of consultancy that would:

  • Maintain a small footprint, without consultants on the 'bench' and low overhead, to maximize profitability

  • Enable our members, consisting of independent consultants and specialist consultancies, to demonstrate strength and breadth of capability of a full-service firm when working with their customers

  • Support a trusted network of like-minded senior consultants who want the flexibility to build their own businesses and who also want to work on interesting projects with a teamed approach

  • Leverage our network to build an innovative business model that would be agile, scalable, and beneficial to its members
